  • Depression/Anxiety Prevention Support Group
    Do you have the tendency towards depression and/or anxiety? If so, we are the group for you! Come meet every Tuesday from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. from Sept. thru May where we relate, laugh, and encourage one another in order to prevent "falling back" into a negative mindset, unhealthy coping skills, or isolation. This is a weekly meeting open to anyone! No need to sign up, just show up! 
    Location: LCC Sanctuary

  • Walking Group - will meet from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. from May thru August at the church walking track. 

  • Break the Cycle: A Pain Management Program - offered in accordance with demand *See below
  • Confidential Post Abortion Support/1:1 or group setting
  • Advanced Directive-Living Will Assistance/by appointment
  • Heath Care Advocacy/as needed

  • Liz Erickson

    Liz directs Into the Light Ministries. She has a bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked in various health care settings as a Registered Nurse since 1999. She is also a certified Biblical counselor, specializing in Crisis and Trauma. She and her husband Josh have been married for over 20 years and have 3 school age children. Through her personal life experiences and involvement with many hurting people, Liz has a passion for seeing people realize their full potential physically, mentally, relationally and spiritually.

  • Break the Cycle: a pain management program

    PAIN CAN BE EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, & PHYSICAL! 

    This program is directed towards anyone experiencing chronic, non-cancer pain. If you suffer from: depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic back pain, headaches/migraines, peripheral neuropathy, pain from unknown source, or injury related pain, this program will give you hope! This 8 week program is offered on a "as need basis" so please let Liz know if this is something that could benefit you! She can work with your medical provider as well to create a team of support/encouragement/cohesion
