This is new territory for all of us, but not for God. We are looking to Him for wisdom and for protection amidst all this uncertainty. We're standing on God's promises, and holding fast to them, because no matter what - God is always faithful.
For the next two weeks we will be sharing the link for the Sunday message here and through email and Facebook. We will have the audio messages posted on our web site as usual. We will send out an email at 5 pm on Saturday evening with a link to a video of Phil's weekend message. We will make the link available on Facebook on Sunday morning at 9. Please take this opportunity to open your bibles and explore God's word together with us and feel free to share the message with friends! People are searching for truth and comfort in these times - so let's take full advantage of this unusual opportunity to share God's hope and love with our neighbors, friends and family!
There will be links to access some familiar worship songs as well as some children's ministry opportunities to share with children and grandchildren.
You are encouraged to take the Lord's Supper at home or if you would like you can come to the church on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening from 7 to 8 pm. One of the elders will be here to share communion with you. The water will be warm and ready in the baptistry if you want to be baptized.
Several ministries are taking a break during this time to promote the safety of those we live around. 10:14 KIDS, Fuel 56 and Wednesday Night Student Ministries all exceed the suggested number for gatherings, so they're taking a break through March 29. The Food Pantry, Mission Shop, and Primetimers and doing the same. Salt Groups are following the guidelines of the government and not meeting for the next two weeks.
